Slow Weekend

 I get excited on Friday because I can spend plenty of time on my cooking in the weekend. I cooked a Macro Biotic style Breakfast yesterday. My weekend started with a healthy beautiful meal =)
 10 kinds of Grain Rice From Japan

My Breakfast 

Grain Rice and Tofu Skin Soup
(十穀米ご飯/湯葉とゆずのお吸い物) 

Seaweed and Cucumber Sunomono and Sweeten Red Bean 
(きゅうりとわかめの酢の物/金時豆の甘煮)

Simmered Seaweed 
ひじきの煮物

Konnyaku with Sweet Red Miso paste
(赤味噌田楽)

Natto with Green Onion
(納豆)

Grilled Salted Salmon
(焼き鮭)

My babies glow so fast these days because weather in vancouver seems to be better, and Spring has come.
