After Exams

I finally finished Midterm exams, so I spent a lot of time on my cooking last night. I made Gnocchi that I learned from my friend. It was the first recipe I learned from a professional chef, so I have some good memories in the recipe =)
Inaniwa style Udon w the All natural Spinach Noodle
稲庭きつねうどん(無添加・無着色のほうれん草うどん)

Halibut with Hand-Rolled Cheese Gnocchi and Italian Sausage (Tomato Cream Sauce). Fennel under the Halibut, Steamed formed milk bubble and Dill on top

I had a lot of rice flour that I haven't use for so long, so I used it instead of flour.

Making Gnocchi reminds me of the clay works in my childhood. It was just so fun =)
