Croque- mousieur

Ingredients:     Toast 2 slice
                   Ham 1 slice
                   Egg 1
                   Emmental Cheese
                   Mayo
                   Butter
                   Dijon Mustard
                   Tomato Ketchup
                   Seeded Mustard
                   Pinch of salt and pepper

Step 1: Cut off the bread crust.

Step 2: Spread butter and Dijon Mustard on bread, and sand Ham and Emmental Cheese.

Step 3: Dip in the mixture of egg, mayo, and pinch of salt and pepper, let it rest.

Step 4: Grill it on the frying pan with butter till both side of the bread turn to golden brown.

Step 5: Slice it, and eat with Seeded Mustard and Tomato Ketchup.
