East Asia

I'm trying to learn how to cook an East Asian food from books these days. The Asian food such as chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai food use a lot of unique spices and hard to learn their recipes.

I'm lucky that I live in Vancouver and be able to meet people from many races. I want to learn more of an famous food from their country than their family recipes and traditional taste =)
