Cheap and Good

I can save a lot of money by cooking at home.  Mini crabs were on sale at chinese market, so I chopped in half and marinated last night. The crab is marinated overnight with soy sauce, sake, mirin, dried red chili, garlic, and ginger. 

I got stock and meats from the marinated crabs to make a Japanese style pasta.

I wish I can cook more Japanese dishes since I born as A Japanese girl=)
