Fast Food

The Fast Food is the term given to food that can be prepare and served very quickly. Unlike typical Fast food, my Fast food is very healthy and still tasty!! Here is some of my fast food recipes =)

Mini Rose Hotpot

Ingredients: Chinese Cabbage, Sliced pork. Your favorite Broth, Salt and Pepper 

※I used Japanese Fish and Kelp stock. You can use Chicken stock or Consomme instead

Wash Chinese Cabbage, and put Chinese cabbage and pork one by one on top of another. Add broth and cook on the heat until the pork is nicely cooked. 

Marinated salad

Ingredients:Sliced Onion, Sliced Celery, Tomato, Olive oil, white vinegar, salt, pepper 

 Mix all of the ingredients together, and let it sit for 10 min.
Szechwan pan-fried Potato

Ingredients: Shredded Potato, Canola oil, Szechwan pepper, Salt and pepper

Put Shredded Potato into ice wanter and let it sit for 5 min. On heated fried pan with oil,  add Szechwan pepper and shredded potato. Cook for two min, then add salt and pepper for taste.
