Side Dishes

I Like to eat Japanese side dishes. I made few traditional Japanese pickles that I learned from my Grandmother last night, so I can eat it anytime with a main dish. 
My mother Brought me a frozen Yuzu Skin =)

Traditional Japanese Pickles
 Sweet Vinegar Radish w/ Yuzu Skin & Japanese Mustard flavored Cucumber 
(大根の甘酢漬けゆず風味/きゅうりの浅漬けからし風味)

Mushroom and Lettuce Milk Soup for Breakfast

Szechwan style Eggplant 
(麻婆茄子)

I didn't like the Moon last night, It was huge redish Moon...

I want to learn more traditional dishes from my Grandmother =)
