Easter Monday

Since today is Easter Monday, I decided to make Eggs Benedict. The recipe for this dish is one that I learned from a chef who is an old and good friend of mine that I respect very much.

Ingredients 

White wine vinegar reduction

Eggs Benedict

However, I couldn't get the Hollandaise sauce quite right - it wasn't thick enough. It looks like I need to practice some more.

Seafood Pan cake (chijimi)

 Cooking is an art that is easy to do but hard to master. Like Life!
