The 5th Anniversary

Last weekend, I spent my sunday afternoon planting seeds on my balcony. Its the 5th anniversary for my petite garden so I got strawberry plants as a celebration! Can't wait to see my beautiful veggies again♡ 

毎年恒例のお野菜のガーデニングの準備をしました！いつもはイースターの連休にするのですが、今年は日本に行っていたため遅れてしまいました。私のプチガーデンが５周年を迎えたので、可愛いイチゴの苗をお祝いに購入しました♡

This is the beautiful strawberry plants I got from Canadian Tire! The most of the gardening stuffs for my petite garden are from Canadian Tire on Cambie street.

これが、Canadian Tireで買ったイチゴの苗です！私がまだ小学生だった頃、祖父がイチゴを育てていたのを思い出して私も挑戦しようと思いました♪

Thanks to my brother who always helps me to carry heavy stuffs! Well… I guess these were too heavy to carry with two of us for sure. We both got sore muscle the next day.

兄がカナダに住みだしてからは、毎年ガーデニングのお買い物を手伝ってもらっています。すごく助かります！お礼に兄の好きなシソや万能ネギを育ててプレゼントしようとおもいます♪

This "GARDEN♡"gardening accessory is only $2 from Japanese dollar store Yokoyaya!! oh it was green colour so obviously I painted to my favourite Blanc White =)

この"GARDEN♡"の飾りはチャイナタウンの側のモールにある日本の１００均の Yokoyayaさんで買いました。緑色だったので、もちろん大好きな白にペイントしちゃいました♪

I look so serious when I plant my seed but I AM enjoying the time!! Just I enjoy thinking how I should plant it and imagining  how these seed will look like on the summer… so look a bit serious =(

毎年ガーデニングをしていると怖い顔をしていると言われます。ただ、何をどのように植えようか悩むことを楽しんでいるだけなのですが。。。

I planted the following seed: baby white radish, baby red radish, baby carrot, baby zucchini, mini tomato, baby leaf lettuce, green onion, mint, basil, red and green shiso, mitsuba leaf, and kaiware =)

たくさんの野菜やハーブを植えました。ミニ大根、ミニラディッシュ、ミニ人参、ミニズッキーニ、ミニトマト、マイクロトマト、ベイビーリーフレタス、万能ねぎ、ミント、バジル、紫シソ、青じそ、みつば、カイワレ。毎日の成長が楽しみです！
