Japanese Italian

One of my favorite food is the Pasta in Japanese style. It uses a lot of Japanese ingredients and spices to make a simple, but flavor full taste. I love Japanese and Italian fusion =)

I've never learned how to make a simple Italian style pasta, so I really want to meet Italian people and learn many kinds of pasta that is not famous, yet famous among Italian people =)
