I haven't updated my blog for so long... I was busy with my work, and also I had a vacation to Cancun, Mexico. The trip was amazing and it was a great experience to see a different side of the world! It wasn't just a vacation, but also a field trip for learning new cooking ways and research about different kind of cultural food =) Here is a picture diary of my trip!! There are many different kind of veggie, meat, and fish, so I had so much fun trying these new type of food with new cooking method. Also, it was first time experiencing a Mayan culture and their food is inspired me a lot.
